Bolton based AO announces partnership with National Residential Landlords Association
ONE OF Boltonâs largest employers has announced a new partnership that will see the firm supply electrical goods to landlords all over the country.
The deal, between The Parklands based electricals retailer AO and the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), means the firm will supply products including fridge-freezers, dishwashers, ovens, hobs and washing machines, to their membership.
Landlords who are members of the association will now be able to access this service using a dedicated telephone line.
AO business managing director Anthony Sant said: âWeâre delighted to welcome the NRLA to our growing B2B partnerships.
âOur aim with this national partnership is to bring AOâs exceptional customer service to the NRLAâs network, which will also include guaranteed market-leading appliance supply and installation.
âWith over 20 yearsâ experience as an electricals retailer and strong relationships with global manufacturers, AO Business is able to offer NRLA members a unique, competitive proposition.â
The deal could have major implications for Bolton, which hosts the firmâs head office and is likely to now see a surge in demand from landlords.
Bosses at AO say the arrangement will include a dedicated account manager who will ensure new clients can select electrical appliances for their rental properties at âhighly competitiveâ rates.
The company is currently capable of holding more than three months worth of stock at its warehouses, meaning products are usually available for next day delivery. So far, AOâs new partners have responded enthusiastically to the deal.
NRLA chief executive Ben Beadle said: âThis will provide our members with a great range of modern domestic appliances at fantastic rates.
"Our members will benefit from AOâs brilliant customer service as well as their market leading supply and installation, meaning appliances can be sourced and installed quickly, easily and cheaply.â
