The highly-anticipated event will take place on Saturday from noon.
The acts will perform in the outdoor area of the Bolton Arena at Middlebrook.
The festival was originally supposed to take place on June 26 but had to be delayed due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.

Acts will include The Oasis Experience, The Courtbetweeners, Laid - the UKâs number one James tribute, These Smiths and The BuzzKocks, Ryan Jarvis and Manifesto.
This weekendâs event will be hosted by DJ Dave Sweetmore, who will be playing Manchester classics, as well as indie and dance hits.
In addition to the live music performances, there will be a fairground with rides for all ages and a wide range of food stalls located in the âfoodie villageâ Ââ" including the famous Carrs pastries.
Festival-goers will also be able to enjoy an exciting array of bars, including a gin bar with over 90 gins and a cocktail garden.
The family-friendly event will also cater for children, with festival hair and glitter stalls available in the outdoor area.
VIP tickets, for a balcony view and a dedicated bar, have already sold out. But there are still hundreds of tickets left to enjoy the festival.
The full-day event event is expected to finish at approximately 10.30pm.
The event also hopes to support the local Bolton charity, Laganâs foundation, which helps families who have children aged up to 19 years old with complex health conditions.
